What is the exchange and return policy?

  • The exchange and return periods for goods are divided into two periods:

First: Exchange and return within 14 days of receiving the goods without a reason (tax invoice + warranty)

 

Second: Exchange or return of defective goods within 30 days of receiving them (tax invoice + warranty)

First: Exchange and return within 14 days of receiving the goods without a reason (tax invoice + warranty)

 

The consumer has the right to exchange or return the goods and receive a full refund, without giving any reasons, within fourteen days of receiving them.

 

As an exception, the consumer may not exercise the right of exchange or return in the following cases:

 

If the goods are not in the same condition as they were at the time of sale due to a reason attributable to the consumer.

 

Second: Exchange or return of defective goods within 30 days of receiving them (tax invoice + warranty)

 

The consumer has the right, within thirty days of receiving the goods, to exchange or return them. Return the product for a full refund if it has a manufacturing defect.

 

A report from the authorized New Star service center confirming the manufacturing defect is required before any exchange or return.

 

  • The product exchange or return process takes between 5 and 8 business days.

 

  • The returned or exchanged product must be delivered to the company's after-sales service branch in the same condition as when it was purchased.

 

  • After 30 days from the purchase date, the consumer is no longer entitled to request a product exchange or return for a refund. However, after the 30-day period, the customer must contact the after-sales service department to submit a repair request for the device. • The refund will be issued to the customer using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process may take between one week and fifteen days if the payment method was installment or bank card.

 

  • For installment purchases, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The customer will be responsible for a 10% administrative fee of the device's value, payable to electronic payment service providers.

 

  • If the product included a gift, it must be returned with the device. If all accessories are not returned, the exchange or refund request will not be approved.

 

  • If there is an additional discount or special offer, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

 

  • For cash payments, if the customer wishes to return the product and receive a refund, the return request will be received from the customer after verifying the purchase invoice and the product's condition. The product's value will then be refunded to the customer in cash.

 

  • Any delivery charges are excluded from return and refund requests. • If the customer violates any of the above terms and conditions, New Star reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return of any product.
