Warranty Duration:
- Two-year warranty for all ARZUM household electrical appliances.
- One-year warranty for all coffee makers, except OKKA the full Automatic machine, which has a 1-year warranty or 3000 cycles, whichever comes first.
Start of Warranty:
- The warranty starts from the date of purchase with an invoice.
Covered Defects:
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damaged parts due to manufacturing defects are replaced for free.
- It does not cover misuse, breakage, or accessories (accessories belonging to the device) moving parts.
Excluded Faults:
- The warranty does not cover faults resulting from high or low voltage.
- It does not include faults resulting from limescale deposits on the device for water boilers, coffee machines, and steam irons, regardless of the type of water used.
Customer Responsibilities:
- The customer must bring the device to the maintenance center in Heliopolis for any malfunction.
- The customer should pick up the repaired device within 45 days from the date it was removed for repair; otherwise, the right to recover the device is forfeited.
Warranty Documentation:
- The warranty does not apply if the customer fails to provide the warranty certificate with the authorized agent's stamp along with the original purchase invoice.
Void Warranty:
- The warranty is considered void in the event of:
- Traces of insects or water inside the device.
- Repairs conducted outside the agent's maintenance center.
- Commercial use or the device being used for a purpose other than its designated use.
- Loss, scratch, or scraping of the warranty certificate.
